This event includes both the ECSO STARtup Awards and the CISO Choice Award

We are pleased to inform you that the 2024 ECSO Award Finals, hosted by Bochum Economic Development (Bochum Wirtschaftsentwicklung), and organised in cooperation with the Women4Cyber Foundation and Eurobits E.v., will take place on 21 – 22 March 2024 at the GDATA Campus in Bochum, Germany.

This annual gathering is designed to host the final round of the ECSO Award competitions and, since 2020, the event has been organised to identify the winner of the prestigious ECSO STARtup Award. However, in this year’s edition, ECSO has decided to bring innovation by extending the event to also feature our brand-new award category: the ECSO CISO Choice Award.  


Amongst the possibility to attend expert-led panel discussions on some of the most crucial topics in cybersecurity, including investments, European solutions and the European cybersecurity market, this event also offers remarkable networking opportunities. As attendee you will have the chance to engage in casual discussions with peers, back-to-back meetings, but also an open-to-all-attendees dedicated dinner on 21 March and a networking lunch on 22 March.  
Registration is already open for ECSO Members and we extend a warm welcome to European cybersecurity providers, investors, end-users, and other leaders in the cybersecurity industry.

About the ECSO STARtup Awards
The ECSO STARtup Award, an annual recognition since 2020, supports promising European cybersecurity start-ups, offering European start-ups visibility, investments, and connections on a European scale. In this year's finals, we will select the top cybersecurity start-up of 2024. Finalists have been chosen throughout the year by expert Judging Panels from various European cybersecurity events, including ECSO's Cyber Investor Days and the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre’s (ECCC) Access-2-Finance Matchmaking Events.  The ECSO CISO Choice Award  The ECSO CISO Choice Award, a new category introduced this year, celebrates the most innovative cybersecurity solution of 2024. It showcases established European cybersecurity companies seeking market access by presenting their innovations to an international audience of potential buyers.  Expert Judging Panels, led by European Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), selected finalists from various European events such as ECSO's Cyber Solution Days and the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre's (ECCC) Access-2-Market Matchmaking Events.
